Interim Management · Operational Transformation
International Business Development
I support companies in complex operational situations — where growth, change, international expansion or new technologies require structures that can carry execution.
My work begins with analysis: Where is the actual problem? Where does friction arise? Where is clarity missing?
From there, I create structure, translate complexity into concrete next steps, and bring execution back into motion.
Get in contactInterim Management
Temporary operational leadership in complex, critical, or unresolved situations. I take responsibility, stabilise ongoing processes, and create structures that enable a clean handover.
Operational Transformation
Supporting AI implementations as organisational change projects. The focus is on value creation, communication, role clarity, acceptance, and the connection between management, business functions, and technical implementation.
Business Development & Expansion
Building new business units, markets, and operational structures. From market analysis, partner and stakeholder alignment, legal and organisational foundations through to initial operational implementation.
Analytical clarity. · C-level communication. · International business development.
Catalina Beckhoff has more than ten years of experience in international business development, C-level-adjacent analysis, and the development of new corporate structures. Her professional foundation lies in international service, recruiting, and workforce structures, with projects in Germany, Austria, Belgium, and at group level.
She has analyzed markets, margins, business models and expansion options, developed decision-making materials for management, the Group CEO, CFO and Supervisory Board, and supported new business units from strategic rationale through to operational structure. This included business cases, investment rationales and the presentation of market-entry and build-up logic at C-level.
Her focus is on situations in which economic direction, operational reality, people and structures no longer fit together cleanly. She identifies where friction, ambiguity or inefficiency arise, and translates complex starting points into clear decisions and actionable implementation steps.
In addition to her work within corporate groups, she has also been entrepreneurial since 2021 — including through a civil-law partnership, an online shop for training tools, and her own consulting projects. This perspective complements her experience in larger organizations with direct entrepreneurial responsibility, customer contact, and pragmatic implementation under limited resources.
Academically, she combines a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Master of Science in Management. In addition, she brings training in business coaching and agile project management, as well as research experience at doctoral level.
